GROUTING

Grouting is a versatile method used to fill voids, seal joints, or strengthen weak ground by injecting materials into the soil or rock. We offer:

  • Gravity Grouting: Used in shallow areas or void-filling applications with minimal pressure.

VIBRO DENSIFICATION

Vibro techniques improve the density and load-bearing capacity of granular soils, often used in preparation for heavy foundations:

  • Vibro Compaction: Densifies loose sandy soils by inserting a vibroflot to rearrange particles.
  • Vibro Replacement (Stone Columns): Enhances weak soils by creating columns of compacted stone, increasing load distribution.
  • Dynamic Compaction: Involves dropping heavy weights on the ground surface to densify the soil to greater depths.

SOIL NAILING

Soil nailing is a technique used to reinforce and stabilize slopes, embankments, or excavations. We install solid or hollow steel rebars into pre-drilled holes and anchor them with grout, forming an internally stable mass:

  • Ideal for steep cuttings, retaining walls, and clay embankments
  • Increases slope safety and prevents soil displacement
  • Can be combined with shotcrete or mesh for additional surface support
